This 8-week course might be your saviour. We dug deep into all the available literature and created a two-stage course to improve your lower back mobility, strength, and control so that you can finally move efficiently in your daily routines or do the sports you love.
The first four weeks will be about controlling and expanding the range of motion in your lower back. Once you've completed the first phase, you'll get access to the second phase, where we'll aim to control your newly acquired ranges and build up strength.
