We're human, and humans were built to move. However, we probably spend too much time in front of screens or sitting around. The average adult spends more than half of their waking hours being sedentary.
To compensate, we tend to play some tennis, go for a run, or hit the gym, which is absolutely great, but we still experience some stiffness or some resistance when we're moving.
That's because we're not using our joints for what they were made for. We need to use them through their full range of motion and be able to control them in end-range positions.
And that's exactly what we'll do by using mobility training. It will make you move more efficiently in your daily routines and even improve your sports performance. You are making your body more resilient, and it will prevent you from getting injured.
